Our favorite tidbit of advice is simple: most likely, the only person who will notice something going wrong is you! Stay calm, don’t panic – the show must go on! Your guests will be totally engrossed in the environment we’ve created, so any bumps in the road can be kept behind the scenes.
Having a capable and experienced committee who can assist at a moment’s notice is key, keeping any issues under wraps and out of the eyes of your guests – if you can. But sometimes, that’s not possible. When major, obvious problems arise it’s best to put on your best face and let our event specialists extinguish the fire.
