PROJECT OVERVIEW

Now a household name in beauty and skincare, Delatte Plastic Surgery, Skin Care, and Wellness is recognized across South Louisiana for their expert surgeons, innovative procedures, and top-quality customer service. With our help, they have transformed from a small office specializing in breast reconstruction to one of the top beauty and reconstructive surgery providers in Acadiana.

THE CHALLENGE

In skincare and beauty, there’s a lot of competition. To break through the noise, we had to revamp the client’s original brand into something unique. Their original concept may have been generic; however, their services were anything but. The client and their staff provide sought-after aesthetic options with patient-based care that had been well-received within the community but lacked the branding to really stand out. We needed to put the people behind the product into the spotlight to give them the recognition they deserved. When they decided to move to a new location during their brand overhaul, we took the opportunity to deliver an entirely new luxury brand that felt cohesive across the board.

THE SOLUTION

Any new branding effort needs a solid foundation to build upon, and with this client the answer was simple. Dr. Delatte and Dr. Helaire are breast reconstructive specialists, so we developed a new logo that is reminiscent of a breast cancer awareness ribbon. Color schemes were chosen for the same reason, embracing the pink throughout. For their rebrand to be fully rounded we developed all-new merchandise stock like product bags, shirts, gift cards, brochures, and large print displays, all within their new guidelines. We created a softer, more modern brand that feels more spa-like than their competitors, and the new facility and website help to enhance that idea. To complete their overhaul, we created a name that was familiar to existing patients while elevating the brand to luxury status.

ANALYSIS

Because the client relies heavily on visuals, we really needed to make sure that everything we produced was clean, modern, and memorable. With fresh assets in hand, a heavy rebrand, and a new facility that’s up and running, we helped create the perfect storm for our client! Patients recognized the name but were met with a very different brand that extended well beyond the ads. From brochures to merchandise, and even interior design elements of the new facility, everything blends seamlessly to provide an overall experience for patients rather than just another appointment.
