PROJECT OVERVIEW

Better Options Initiative is a locally owned, therapy-based center designed for families with children who are going through separation or divorce. The services they provide are essential, and they have assisted hundreds of families in crisis through therapeutic education to eliminate harm to children associated with parental conflict.

THE CHALLENGE

The challenge with Better Options Initiative started with the original assets. The initial branding was extremely dark and uninviting, which heavily contrasted their messaging as a therapy-based treatment facility for children and their families. We needed to redirect the brand into a complete overhaul, to create a new environment that was conducive for positive experiences. With the client’s business model being so specific and intimate, most of the public was unfamiliar with the services they provide. We had to pinpoint their target audience and familiarize them with the brand and the services they provide through social media, video production, as well as an updated web presence that reflected the new guidelines.

THE SOLUTION

We knew that we needed to give the client a brand overhaul, introducing a brighter color scheme and inviting design that could appeal to more potential customers. Stripping away the old design work, we were able to produce a more family-oriented and attractive brand that appeals to both the children and their parents. During the rebranding, we built a new website to give the client a more robust web presence that was cohesive with their messaging. To help support the new website, we produced high-quality educational videos on several industry-specific topics like parental alienation, familial conflict resolution, gatekeeping, and more. These videos also helped to extend their social media reach while teaching the public about the effects of divorce on young children. Combined, these solutions put the client at the forefront of family-centric therapy options for the people of South Louisiana with resounding success.
