Founded in Maurice, Chapman’s A/C & Heating has grown into a trusted HVAC provider serving the Acadiana area. As the business expanded into larger markets, their original branding no longer reflected the professionalism, quality, or expertise their services deliver. Their limited online presence made it difficult to attract new customers, and the company needed a new, cohesive brand identity that would help them stand out in an extremely competitive landscape.

When Chapman’s expanded their business into the greater Acadiana market, they realized their branding didn’t give the right impression about their work and their business model. The original logo and website were created quickly and informally, and had served their purpose for a while but weren’t enough to stand out.
With an underdeveloped social media presence, limited online content, and a minimal digital footprint, Chapman’s struggled to reach potential customers beyond their hometown. Without consistent messaging, engaging posts, or search visibility, attracting new clients in Lafayette and establishing credibility in a larger, more competitive market proved to be a significant challenge.

Our work with Chapman’s A/C & Heating began with refreshing their brand. We redesigned their logo by building on the original concept, preserving the core elements of their established identity while giving it a fresh, professional, and modern look that better reflects their expertise and competitively positions them. From there, we developed a custom brand identity, including colors and visual elements, and designed a website that showcased all their services while providing a smooth, engaging user experience.
To strengthen their digital presence, we overhauled their social media strategy and created a consistent plan to manage their platforms, produce engaging content, and align messaging with the brand’s growing reputation. At the same time, we optimized their Google properties through targeted ads and search engine optimization, ensuring they appeared prominently to potential customers in Lafayette.
